Direct Support Professional

As a direct support professional, you will help individuals grow, learn, and live well by developing meaningful relationships and supporting them with their developmental goals. You will assist with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and preferably six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination. Key skills include communication, adaptability, and teamwork, along with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
