Transitional Services Job Coach

Provide supervision, support, and training to individuals with differing abilities through group instruction. Implement person-Centered activities that promote positive outcomes and enhance skills, social skills, and community participation.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred. Candidates must be over 18, possess a valid connecticut driver's license, and have knowledge of learning and behavioral processes.
