Case Manager - Foster Care (WV)

The case manager will work with children and foster parents to help achieve the child's goals and ensure the growth of foster families. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, facilitating assessments, and providing ongoing support and training.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a relevant degree or licensure in human services. Additionally, a minimum of two years of experience working with children with emotional or behavioral problems is required.
