School-Based Therapist

The therapist will manage a caseload of youth from kindergarten to 12th grade, delivering solution-Focused and strength-Based individual, family, and group therapy services both in school and in-Home settings. Key duties include driving the treatment planning process, maintaining accurate records, meeting billable hour targets, and consulting with treatment team members.

Candidates must possess an advanced degree in a human services discipline, along with specific state-Required professional licensure (E.g., lsw/Lgsw/Lcsw in wv, various licenses in ky, or specific licenses in oh) and a valid driver's license. Experience in mental health treatment for children with emotional or behavioral disabilities and their families is required, with specific minimum years of experience depending on the state.
