Physical Therapist

The physical therapist will evaluate and assess children and families to assist with planning and implementing individualized family service plans (Ifsps). They will also maintain records in accordance with regulations and ensure that early intervention services meet desired outcomes.

Candidates must have a valid physical therapy license in connecticut and a valid u.s. Driver's license with an acceptable driving history. Internet access, a cell phone, and reliable transportation are also required.
