Behavior Analyst Community Homes, Syracuse or Binghamton Region-Hybrid

Oversee the development and implementation of behavior support plans for individuals with challenging behaviors. Conduct functional behavior assessments and collaborate with treatment team members to create and adjust interventions.

A bcba or ny lba and a master’s degree are required, along with experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred. Strong communication skills and proficiency in computer software are necessary, along with the ability to perform physical interventions.
