Part-Time Direct Support Professional Home and Community Based - Delaware Region

As a direct support professional, you will support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their personal goals and aspirations. You will encourage independence and model positive behaviors in various settings.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with preferred experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in computer software, are necessary for this role.
