Case Manager/Family Service Counselor

The case manager/Family service counselor will work under the supervision of the director of case management to support children and families, providing advocacy and professional services. Responsibilities include conducting family assessments, maintaining contact with families, and coordinating with community partners.

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field and at least 2 years of direct service experience with youth and families. A valid driver's license and the ability to work flexible hours are also required.
