The community based therapist provides individual, group, and family mental health therapy, case management, and other professional services to clients. They travel daily to deliver community-Based services and coordinate care for youth and families.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a master's degree in social work or a comparable field and hold an lsw or lpc license. Experience in providing therapy and working with youth and families is strongly preferred.
