Youth Resiliency & Wellness Specialist

The youth resiliency & wellness specialist provides guidance and support to club staff and members, focusing on trauma-Informed and wellness-Centered programming. Responsibilities include delivering coping-Skills activities, early intervention for youth in distress, and promoting physical activity as part of a holistic wellness approach.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2-3 years of experience working with youth in various environments. Strong knowledge of trauma-Informed care and the ability to collaborate with staff and community partners are essential.
