Candidates must possess a BA/BS degree in an education-related field and hold a State Teachers Certificate, along with 3-5 years of teaching experience. Familiarity with Florida State standards, assessments, and evidence-based strategies is required, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Manage and deliver 21st Century Learning Center youth development programming provided in the Academic Success Initiative of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tampa Bay.
This position is after school, part time, for approximately 20 hours per week.
Maintains close, daily contact with Club Staff (professional, part-time and volunteers), Club members, and supervisor to receive/provide information, discuss issues, explain guidelines/instructions; instruct; and/or advise/counsel.
Maintains contact with external community groups, schools, members’ parents, and others to assist in developing positive relationships and resolving problems.
Travel may be required to multiple Club facilities throughout Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas County for supervisory training and/or other business purposes.
