The family support specialist collaborates with parents to create personalized service plans that include developmental screenings and goal setting. They also provide in-Home education and connect families to community resources.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and at least one year of experience working with children and families. They should also possess a valid florida driver's license and be willing to work flexible hours.
