Job description

Position Summary

Perform clerical, secretarial, and general office duties for the Center. Serve as center receptionist, greet visitors, answer telephones, respond to general inquiries and schedule appointments. Perform general word processing, spreadsheet and data entry duties utilizing basic functions. Monitor reporting and data on student attendance and use of the Simulation Center. Prepare simulation rooms for simulation sessions.

Required Education:High School Diploma or equivalentRequired Experience:1+ years office experiencePreferred Experience:2+ years office experienceRequired Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Proficiency with basic word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications. Light to moderate, accurate keyboarding. Ability to lift and/or move large, heavy (50-100 lbs.) items, stand, sit, bend and/or stop for long periods.Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Proficiency with intermediate Microsoft Office.

Additional Information

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the hourly rate for this position is USD $36.329. This rate is based on bargaining unit contracts. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
