Assists program leaders in planning and leading activities for center members, ensuring a safe and engaging environment. Implements programs and evaluates their effectiveness while promoting participation and maintaining operational standards.

A high school diploma or g.e.d. Is required, along with previous work experience in a related field with children and youth preferred. The role requires physical activity and the ability to handle challenging situations with youth and families.
