KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Instructional Delivery
- Deliver engaging lectures on radiologic procedures, radiation safety, and patient care.
- Hands-On
- Lab
- Supervision: Lead clinical demonstrations and supervise student practice to ensure proficiency with radiographic equipment.
- Student
- Mentorship: Track academic progress and provide the guidance students need to meet program benchmarks.
- Performance
- Evaluation: Provide constructive, timely feedback through classroom assessments and lab practicals.
- Accreditation
- Support: Assist the Program Director in maintaining JRCERT standards and coordinating clinical externships.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Training: Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of full-time clinical experience in diagnostic radiography.
- Certification: Current ARRT certification in Radiography and an active New Mexico state license.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a comfort level with educational technology.
