Crew Volunteers mentor and disciple students aged 6th grade through 9th grade, focusing on developing servant-leadership and spiritual maturity. They will tangibly serve and lead in the community while learning and growing as future leaders.
Candidates must desire to influence, impact, and serve kids and families, viewing the position as a Minister of the Gospel. The program is designed for students who have completed 6th grade up to 9th grade and are preparing for future Junior Counselor roles.
