Candidates must be at least 17 years old, pass a background check, and possess a valid ID or driver's license. A high school diploma is preferred, along with a passion for working with children and the ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
The primary function of the MAAS Counselor is to provide supervision and care for a group of students in MA After School. The majority of our staff are Counselors. PLEASE READ THE PARAGRAPH BELOW.
