Core responsibilities
The teen mentor plans, organizes, and leads skill development activities and games for participants while maintaining a safe and clean environment. They are also responsible for managing program records, equipment, and communicating effectively with participants and parents.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and at least one year of prior teaching or instructional experience. Applicants must also be able to obtain and maintain all required certifications within 90 days of hire.
