Summer Camp Behavioral Specialist

The behavioral support specialist assists in de-Escalating behavioral incidents and provides training and support to counselors. They also create behavior strategies and maintain documentation to promote a positive environment for campers.

Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience working with children with emotional and behavioral concerns, preferably in a camp setting. A bachelor's degree in a related field or progress towards one is preferred, along with knowledge of positive behavior approaches.
