Direct Support Professional (DSP) Delaware County, PA Community Based Day Program

The direct support professional (Dsp) is responsible for providing quality person-Centered services to customers, mentoring and supporting individuals while ensuring their health, welfare, and safety. The dsp also meets service expectations of assigned customers and families under the supervision of the team facilitator.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and preferably two years of experience working with individuals with autism. They should also possess a valid driver's license, good communication skills, and the ability to physically assist individuals.
