Social Worker - Iowa Connections Academy

The social worker will provide services to remove barriers to learning and attendance while focusing on dropout prevention for k-12 students. They will also act as a liaison for community resources, manage crisis plans, and support the iep team to ensure student success.

Candidates must hold a master’s degree in social work and possess the appropriate iowa licensing. Experience working with at-Risk youth and familiarity with iowa-Specific social and mental health resources are required.
