Lower Elementary Learning Coach

The learning coach facilitates small-Group, differentiated instruction for remediation and enrichment while collaborating with teachers and parents to support student needs. They are responsible for monitoring student progress, implementing accommodation plans, and co-Designing curriculum to ensure personalized learning experiences.

Candidates must hold at least a bachelor's degree in education or a related field, with a master's degree preferred. Applicants should possess deep knowledge of child development, early childhood pedagogy, and experience with learning differences or gifted education.
