Instructional Aide K-4

The instructional aide assists classroom teachers with instruction, monitors student learning, and provides support for small groups or individual students. Additionally, the role involves supervising students during lunch, recess, and morning drop-Off, as well as assisting with administrative tasks.

Candidates should have experience working with children in a school, childcare, or parish setting. Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to maintain a safe environment are essential for this role.
