Teacher Aide/Assistant (Early Childhood Education)

The teacher aide assists the lead and associate teachers in planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate education program for children ages 0 to 5. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe classroom environment, documenting child progress, and fostering positive relationships with children and their families.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have an active child development associate (Cda) certification or a willingness to obtain one. Two years of experience in an early childhood group setting is preferred, and the ability to pass a background check is required.
