Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA and collect data on patient progress using an iPad. Build positive therapeutic relationships with patients and caregivers while collaborating with the clinical team to update treatment plans.
A bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field is preferred, though experience as an RBT is not required. Candidates must be available Monday through Friday and possess a passion for working with children.

Build rapport and establish a positive, therapeutic relationship with patients and their caregivers. Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to review and update behavior intervention plans. Ensure that all interventions are applied consistently with ethical and professional standards while maintaining confidentiality with all PHI. Contribute as a positive team member- supporting the creation and maintenance of an inclusive clinic culture.
