Training Facilitator (36308)

The quality education specialist will deliver comprehensive training to new and existing staff, including first aid, cpr, and de-Escalation techniques. They are responsible for assessing employee retention, providing coaching, and maintaining subject matter expertise within the learning management system.

A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor's degree in human services or healthcare preferred. Candidates must have previous experience in instructor-Led training and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and assisting individuals with disabilities.
