- Charles Borromeo Catholic Church by modeling Christian values and fostering a respectful, engaging classroom culture.Job Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver effective instruction aligned with school curriculum standards and diocesan guidelines Create a structured, positive classroom environment that supports student learning and appropriate behavior Integrate Catholic teachings and values into daily instruction and classroom practices Assess student learning through assignments, projects, and assessments, and maintain accurate academic records Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and communicate student progress with families Differentiate instruction to meet the learning needs of all students Establish and maintain clear expectations for student behavior and classroom routines Collaborate with faculty and administration to support student success and school initiatives Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and required school events Supervise students during assigned duties throughout the school day Maintain compliance with school policies, diocesan requirements, and professional standards Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field required Valid teaching certification or eligibility to obtain certification as required Experience teaching middle school students preferred Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills Commitment to Catholic education and the mission of the Church The Archdiocese of St.
