Core responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor positive behavior support systems tailored to individuals with challenging behaviors. Provide direct clinical services, coaching, and consultation to staff while collaborating with an interdisciplinary clinical team.
Requirements summary
Current board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification and a master’s degree or higher in applied behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field are required. Proficiency in english and a commitment to maintaining active bcba certification are also necessary.
