Assistant Coach Men's and Women's Swimming

The assistant swim coach will gain hands-On experience in daily practice planning, on-Deck coaching, stroke instruction, meet preparation, recruiting support, and student-Athlete development for the men’s and women’s swim program. Essential functions include assisting with recruiting communication, supporting strength and conditioning coordination, handling administrative tasks, and fostering a positive team culture.

A high school degree is required, along with competitive swim experience, ideally at the college level. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, experience in recruiting, sales, and prior coaching experience as a head coach.
