Autism Specialist Trainee / Behavior Technician - North Little Rock

The behavior technician implements behavior analytic services and individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst. They are responsible for daily data collection, maintaining a safe learning environment, and providing direct support to children with special needs.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and complete 40 hours of paid training. Additionally, they must pass the rbt competency assessment and exam, as well as a criminal background check and drug screen.
