Autism Specialist Trainee / Behavior Technician - Little Rock

The behavior technician is responsible for the direct implementation of behavior analytic services and data collection under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst. They must ensure the safety and well-Being of children while following individualized treatment plans and maintaining accurate documentation.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and successfully complete 40 hours of training. Additionally, they must pass the rbt competency assessment, the rbt exam, and a criminal background check.
