Autism Specialist Trainee / Behavior Technician - Elm Springs/Springdale

The behavior technician is responsible for the direct implementation of behavior analytic services and individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a bcba. They must also maintain accurate data collection, ensure patient safety, and provide a clean and sanitary learning environment.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and successfully complete 40 hours of training and the rbt competency assessment. Additionally, applicants must pass a criminal background check and drug screen to be eligible for the role.
