Autism Specialist Trainee / Behavior Technician - Rogers

The behavior technician is responsible for the direct implementation of behavior analytic services and data collection under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst. They must maintain a safe, sanitary environment while assisting in the execution of individualized treatment plans for children.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and complete 40 hours of paid training within 90 days of hire. Applicants are required to pass the rbt competency assessment and exam, as well as a criminal background check and drug screen.
