Licensed Clinical Foster Youth Mentoring Case Manger

The case manager will support the foster youth mentoring program by maintaining contact with caseloads and providing supervision to mentors and mentees. They are responsible for administrative record-Keeping, clinical documentation, and ensuring compliance with program standards.

Candidates must hold a master’s degree in social work or a related field and possess a valid ohio lsw or lpc license. Experience working with children, adolescents, and the foster care system is preferred.
