Provide 1-to-1 Applied Behavioral Analysis services to children with Autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Responsibilities include implementing individualized behavior support plans, collecting data, and collaborating with families.

*Must have a reliable, personal vehicle *Must have a Driver's License *Must be able to work 2- 3 weekday afternoons to evenings (ie. 3-8:00PM) *Some Saturday availability is preferred but not required *Looking to work 10+ Hours per week (Part Time) About the Behavior Technician Role: Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the Behavior Technician or ABA Therapist role provides 1-to-1 Applied Behavioral Analysis services to children diagnosed with Autism (ASD). Therapy sessions usually run 3-4 hours and primarily take place during after school hours in the client's home, Community, and/or at our Center. Our team focuses on assigning cases as locally as possible (usually within 30 minutes) to your home address or regular school/other work location Travel time pay and mileage reimbursements are available (when applicable).

Behavior Technician Responsibilities Manage 1 to 1 ABA services for kids with Autism Spectrum Disorders Work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Run regular sessions (about 2-5 hours) Flexible hours/custom scheduling Work in home, center, and/or Community settings

Behavior Technician Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (Required) Valid Driver's License (Required) Friendly, energetic, and enjoys working with individuals with special needs Experience working with children Ability to attend an initial orientation Timely and organized Ability to work independently Proven ability to communicate effectively within a variety of situations

Requirements
