Behavior Technician - Worcester

The behavior technician provides 1-To-1 applied behavioral analysis services to children diagnosed with autism under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst. Responsibilities include implementing individualized behavior support plans, collecting electronic data, and working with families for effective collaboration.

Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license, along with reliable personal transportation. A minimum commitment of 10 hours per week, mostly during afterschool hours (3-8 pm), is required, and some saturday availability is preferred.
