What We Offer

Flexible Scheduling Free, Online 40-hour RBT Online Program Paid Orientation Pay starts at $20.00 - $23.00 per hour with increases of $1-$3 in the first 3-6 months. Tablet for data collection and toys/materials for client engagement 401K with matching Federal Holidays Off Mileage reimbursement & Travel Time Pay (per policy) Case matching: 1-2 regularly assigned clients with whom you can build rapport with over time Supportive Environment with Ongoing Training and BCBAs with smaller/limited caseloads

About the ABA / BT Position

Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the Behavior Technician or ABA Therapist role provides 1-to-1 Applied Behavioral Analysis services to children diagnosed with Autism (ASD). Therapy sessions usually run 3-4 hours and primarily take place during after school hours in the client's home, Community, and/or at our Center. Our team focuses on assigning cases as locally as possible (usually within 30 minutes) to your home address or regular school/other work location Travel time pay and mileage reimbursements are available (when applicable).

of an ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician High School Diploma or equivalent (Required) Valid Driver's License (Required) Friendly, energetic, and enjoys working with individuals with special needs Experience working with children Ability to attend an initial orientation Timely and organized Ability to work independently Proven ability to communicate effectively within a variety of situations
