PEL Lead Teacher, Head Start

The pel lead teacher will create engaging lesson plans for 3-5 year olds and manage daily classroom activities. They will also supervise a teacher assistant and collaborate with the education coordinator to monitor individual child education binders.

Candidates must have a bachelor's or master's degree in early childhood education or a related field, along with a professional educator license (Pel) with ece endorsement. A minimum of two years of experience in an early childhood setting is required, preferably with knowledge of head start/Preschool for all programs.
