Teacher Assistant, Head Start

The teacher assistant collaborates with the preschool certified teacher to create a nurturing environment for young children. Responsibilities include lesson planning, monitoring child progress, and ensuring compliance with educational standards.

Candidates must have an associate’s degree in early childhood education or child development, or equivalent college credits. A minimum of one year of experience in an early childhood setting is also required.
