Preschool Teacher I (3144)

The preschool teacher is responsible for implementing curriculum and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment for children in compliance with title 22 regulations. They also facilitate positive relationships with parents and provide oversight to teacher aides to ensure high-Quality program delivery.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 12 semester units in early childhood education or child development. Additionally, a current california child development teacher permit and six months of experience working with children in a group setting are required.
