Health Educator-Emergency Medicine

Health educators provide patient-Centered, harm reduction support to individuals living with hiv, hcv, and substance use disorder within the emergency department. They work with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and assist patients in navigating barriers to treatment.

Candidates must possess a bachelor of science in a related field and at least one year of experience in a clinical environment. Proficiency in microsoft office, database management, and strong communication skills are required, with bilingual skills preferred.
