Program Specialist - YAWL

The program specialist is responsible for facilitating job readiness workshops and providing one-On-One career counseling to youth. They also cultivate community partnerships and manage program documentation to ensure compliance with grant requirements.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and possess at least two years of experience working with youth in workforce development. Strong communication, organizational, and facilitation skills are required, with a preference for bilingual candidates.
