Program Leader - Elementary After-school Program

The program leader will supervise and manage elementary school students while planning and facilitating academic, enrichment, and recreational activities. They are responsible for maintaining a safe, supportive environment and communicating effectively with parents, teachers, and site staff.

Candidates must have completed at least 48 college units or passed an instructional aide exam, with an aa degree preferred. Experience in youth development, classroom management, and facilitating educational activities is required.
