Program Specialist - TOPS

The program specialist will provide case management, job and college readiness training, and social-Emotional support to youth english language learners. They are also responsible for tracking program outcomes, facilitating workshops, and cultivating partnerships with educational and community institutions.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least two years of experience working with youth in workforce development. Proficiency in both english and cantonese or mandarin is strictly required for this role.
