Core responsibilities
The toddler lead teacher is responsible for managing a classroom, implementing the l.e.a.p. Curriculum, and fostering a safe, nurturing environment for toddler development. They will also build strong relationships with families through consistent communication and ensure all health and safety standards are met.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have at least 6 months of professional teaching experience and a genuine passion for working with toddlers. An associate degree or higher in early childhood education or a cda credential is preferred but not required.
