Core responsibilities

The lead teacher will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging classroom space for young children, implementing the proprietary l.e.a.p. Curriculum®, and fostering a safe, nurturing environment for learning and play. This role also involves regular communication with parents regarding their children's achievements and partnering with center staff to support overall center success.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a genuine passion for the education and care of children and hold an associate degree or higher in early childhood education (Ece) or a related degree, or a child development associate (Cda) credential. While one year of professional teaching experience is preferred, a minimum of six months of professional teaching experience is required, subject to applicable state licensing requirements.
