Math Special Education Teacher Case Manager (Multiple Grades)

The teacher case manager will co-Teach, adapt curriculum, and manage individualized education programs (Ieps) to support student learning goals. They will also collaborate with staff and analyze student data to ensure academic success and compliance.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree, with a master's degree preferred. A strong background in special education and proficiency with google suite applications are required.
