ELA Special Education Teacher Case Manager (Multiple Grades)

The teacher case manager will co-Teach, adapt curriculum, and manage individualized education programs (Iep) to support student learning goals. They will also collaborate with staff to monitor student data and lead iep review meetings to ensure academic success.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and possess a strong background in special education, including knowledge of student exceptionalities and documentation compliance. Proficiency in google suite applications is required, and a master's degree or special education certification is preferred.
