Career Advisor - WIOA Adult and Dislocated Worker

This role involves providing career counseling, intensive case management, and follow-Up services to participants in the adult or dislocated worker program, playing a key role in their success in seeking employment, training, and education. Responsibilities include assessing job seekers' needs, guiding them through employment plan preparation, and serving as a liaison between workforce development programs and community resources.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, along with strong communication, analytical, and problem-Solving skills, and computer literacy including ms word and excel. Essential abilities include cultural sensitivity, the capacity to serve as a role model, excellent time management, and knowledge of wioa program requirements.
