The career advisor will provide professional services including career counseling, intensive case management, and follow-Up services to community members and eligible wioa participants. Key duties involve assessing job seekers' needs, guiding them through employment plan creation, referring them to appropriate resources, and maintaining accurate compliance documentation.

Ideal candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong analytical and problem-Solving abilities, and proficiency in ms word and excel, along with the capacity to learn specialized databases. Essential soft skills include excellent interpersonal, organizational, customer service, and communication skills, coupled with cultural sensitivity and the ability to thrive in a fast-Paced environment.
