Community Job Coach

The community job coach provides direct support and coaching to adults with autism in community-Based employment settings to foster independence. Responsibilities include documenting participant progress, implementing behavior support plans, and ensuring safe transportation to work sites.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged, with a preference for a degree in human services, and at least one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities. A valid driver's license with a clean record and the ability to pass professional crisis management certification are mandatory.
